Refund Policy

What are the terms and conditions for refund and return?

1. Raise an Exchange/Return/Cancellation request on support@frillsandmore.com / +91-8002214789 with your order details.

2. You can ask for a refund or free replacement against any of your order within 10 days of its date of delivery. 

3. The product amount will be issued back as discount coupons/ Store credit/ to the original payment source, once we receive the product and quality check is done.

4. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

5. Only the purchased amount (exact amount spent by the customer on the particular product) will be refunded as a Coupon Code/ Store credit/ to the original payment source to the customer.

6. Refund of shipping charges are NOT applicable.

7. Gift Card orders are delivered to your email address automatically and they are not refundable.

How long the refund procedure takes?

1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24-48 hours once we receive your product.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.

2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

*Return, refund & replacement requests must be sent within 10 days from the delivery date. All requests after this 10 day period will not be encouraged.

**We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
